jStackMenu: jQuery UI Stack Menu uses CSS

jStackMenu created a jQuery UI widget for it take any element and turn its children into the items of a stack menu. jStackMenu only does the arcing in the browsers that support CSS transforms.

The menu opens with a smooth animation and it is possible to control:

* when it opens and closes
* the direction it opens
* the size of the arc
* the time it takes to open
