Ju cobles free joomla theme has flash header with square loading effects based on xml native database. Easy to modify the flash header by replacing the photos in header folder (which is inside images folder of the template). Flash header you may choose to have it only in front page er in all via admin back end. For horizontal menu in module positions chose position-1.
