WebReader is an AIR-based and cross-platform freeware that carries Google Reader to the desktop based on Adobe AIR makes the software cross-platform. The first time you run WebReader after installation you will need to provide your Google account details. This is to fetch your Reader subscriptions from Google.
Any item can be easily shared in social networking websites, there are multiple view options and a notifier can inform you when a new item is available.
